Some of our loyal and long serving clients will know how we started as a small part shop in our local community in Stourbridge. Our vehicles were familiar as highly modified with tremendous engine torque and our public image played a significant role in selling our products and services.
Our part shop consisted of all automotive electrical equipment and part supplies. We offered free delivery service to our local community. Our business expanded and we moved premises to a larger shop with plenty of space within half a mile. We were now able to hold more parts and supplies and our staff increased with a few more delivery vehicles.
One of our best selling products was our in car entertainment display units inside our shop, this showcased new audio equipment, wiring, fuses, capacitors and amplifiers. From here we gave our expert advice in selecting the correct audio equipment for customers, and then we started an onsite installation service a few months later.
Installing customised in car entertainment systems and working with vehicle electronics on a daily basis significantly raised our experience level. We were now able to offer repair services for audio equipment alongside installation package. A time came when our shop held stacks of faulty customer equipment ready to be diagnosed and repaired. Some of our team were studying part time and working in our shop and obtained various qualifications in electrical and mechanical fields. We sold our shop a year later and decided to take things to another level by utilising the remainder of our qualifications and experience.
Auto Worx in Yardley Works Stourbridge was our next adventure. We opened a car servicing and repair shop specialising in a lot more services. In fact we now provided the complete solution to maintain public and commercial vehicles. We heavily invested in marketing, latest machinery, diagnostic tools, computer equipment, multiple ramps, mechanics, parts, accessories and with hard work we obtained contracts from multiple local and national companies.
We received an irresistible offer for a larger building with better on site security and protection for our valuables. We moved to Brierley Hill Industrial Estate. Here we specialise in auto electrical and auto electronic diagnostic repairs on vehicles.
